Lets Show the Manners We were Taught at Home..

If you have read my post Book Reading… I have a couple of comments down there that of course has nothing to do with the post. One commenter I refused to keep dialoguing with since I felt they were commenting to insult. They already had made up their mind which is fine, I might not like it but everyone is entitled to their opinions and beliefs.

I do not hate or will hate anyone just because they do not see it “may way” I’m a very open minded individual (or I like to think so) that acceptance anyone’s opinion even though it might hurt. I do have my limits though. Islam is my religion and I am open to talk to anyone that has questions or wants to talk about the differences. I am NOT on here to CONVERT OR REVERT ANYONE, I am NOT on here to push my religion onto ANYONES THROAT. These are my opinions and my way of life, all I ask is that you respect that. If you can not or will not then I will ( Thank God for this feature) moderate you and just trash your comment. It doesn’t mean I feel your opinion is not worthy of my blog it means that I will not tolerate my religion being insulted and disrespected.

I’m sure if I start bashing Christianity and putting all the negative History this religion has some of you if not all of you would be hurt and I’m sure would either lash out or unfollow me. Everyone has and believes their truth as they perceive it to be.  It does not mean they or I am wrong thats just life and we should learn to respect that.
On the topic of a different commenter you probably know her CChanel41.wordpress.com, she asked me a couple of questions. My responses were long and I feel it deserves a blog on its own. If you want to read her questions and my answers please Click here to view them.

IF any of you or for the ones that are just passing by please feel free to comment, question but do so respectfully…

I have my opinions and I base them on my upbringing, educational background, research, mentors conversations, faith and religion ( I believe faith and religion are two separate thought process).

Until Next Time,

Holy Quran Surah Al-Baqara Versus 2:162 – 2:179

2:162

They will abide therein (under the curse in Hell), their punishment will neither be lightened, nor will they be reprieved.

2:163

And your Ilah (God) is One Ilah (God – Allah), La ilaha illa Huwa (there is none who has the right to be worshipped but He), the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

2:164

Verily! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, and the ships which sail through the sea with that which is of use to mankind, and the water (rain) which Allah sends down from the sky and makes the earth alive therewith after its death, and the moving (living) creatures of all kinds that He has scattered therein, and in the veering of winds and clouds which are held between the sky and the earth, are indeed Ayat (proofs, evidences, signs, etc.) for people of understanding.

2:165

And of mankind are some who take (for worship) others besides Allah as rivals (to Allah). They love them as they love Allah. But those who believe, love Allah more (than anything else). If only, those who do wrong could see, when they will see the torment, that all power belongs to Allah and that Allah is Severe in punishment.

2:166

When those who were followed, disown (declare themselves innocent of) those who followed (them), and they see the torment, then all their relations will be cut off from them.

167.

And those who followed will say: “If only we had one more chance to return (to the worldly life), we would disown (declare ourselves as innocent from) them as they have disowned (declared themselves as innocent from) us.” Thus Allah will show them their deeds as regrets for them. And they will never get out of the Fire.

2:168

O mankind! Eat of that which is lawful and good on the earth, and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Verily, he is to you an open enemy.

2:169

[Shaitan (Satan)] commands you only what is evil and Fahsha (sinful), and that you should say against Allah what you know not.

2:170

When it is said to them: “Follow what Allah has sent down.” They say: “Nay! We shall follow what we found our fathers following.” (Would they do that!) Even though their fathers did not understand anything nor were they guided?

2:171

And the example of those who disbelieve, is as that of him who shouts to the (flock of sheep) that hears nothing but calls and cries. (They are) deaf, dumb and blind. So they do not understand.

2:172

O you who believe! Eat of the lawful things that We have provided you with, and be grateful to Allah, if it is indeed He Whom you worship.

2:173.

He has forbidden you only the Maytatah (dead animals), and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that which is slaughtered as a scrifice for others than Allah (or has been slaughtered for idols, etc., on which Allah’s Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). But if one is forced by necessity without wilful disobedience nor transgressing due limits, then there is no sin on him. Truly, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

2:174. Verily, those who conceal what Allah has sent down of the Book, and purchase a small gain therewith (of worldly things), they eat into their bellies nothing but fire. Allah will not speak to them on the Day of Resurrection, nor purify them, and theirs will be a painful torment.

2:175

Those are they who have purchased error at the price of Guidance, and torment at the price of Forgiveness. So how bold they are (for evil deeds which will push them) to the Fire.

2:176

That is because Allah has sent down the Book in truth. And verily, those who disputed as regards the Book are far away in opposition.

2:177

It is not Al-Birr (piety, righteousness, and each and every act of obedience to Allah, etc.) that you turn your faces towards east and (or) west (in prayers); but Al-Birr is (the quality of) the one who believes in Allah, the Last Day, the Angels, the Book, the Prophets and gives his wealth, in spite of love for it, to the kinsfolk, to the orphans, and to Al-Masakin (the poor), and to the wayfarer, and to those who ask, and to set slaves free, performs As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and gives the Zakat, and who fulfill their covenant when they make it, and who are As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.) in extreme poverty and ailment (disease) and at the time of fighting (during the battles). Such are the people of the truth and they are Al-Muttaqun (pious – see V. 2:2).

2:178

O you who believe! Al-Qisas (the Law of Equality in punishment) is prescribed for you in case of murder: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. But if the killer is forgiven by the brother (or the relatives, etc.) of the killed against blood money, then adhering to it with fairness and payment of the blood money, to the heir should be made in fairness. This is an alleviation and a mercy from your Lord. So after this whoever transgresses the limits (i.e. kills the killer after taking the blood money), he shall have a painful torment.

2:179

And there is (a saving of) life for you in Al-Qisas (the Law of Equality in punishment), O men of understanding, that you may become Al-Muttaqun (the pious – see V. 2:2).

My Daily Prayer

Allah (SWT) please forgive me if any of this information is incorrect or not 100% accurate. You are Gracious and Forgiving, I am just trying to shed light in the darkness that is  surrounding ALL your children. Help me and guide me to -make my words be understood. – Ameen

As a continuation of a conversation I started with Joe Gregory, about the post I Submitted called Allah Akbar Allah Akbar. I understand that right now the media is portraying Muslims as terrorist that want to kill all Non-Muslims. I can understand the fear.

What I like to see is that people that have questions are starting to ask them. We as Muslims have the obligation to talk to them, if we don’t then how can we fight off this stigma?

Muslims have to pray 5 times a day, this is an OBLIGATION. Of course you have some that do not pray, others never miss a prayer and there are still others that make up their prayers before going to bed.

Just as Christians I’m sure that are a variety on how they practice their religion Muslims also has it. Here is just one of MANY prayers that Muslims can pray. This is a prayer that I to this date have not been able to memorize, but I have my book that guides me.

Hopefully this can shed more light to those who have an open mind and are willingly to hear what Islam and us Muslims practice.

When you pray there are certain Ra’kat which is just meaning how many times you need to say the prayer through out the day. These two different prayers are recited when you pray.

Example:

For the Frajr prayer you pray the first prayer then the second prayer that is 2 Ra’kat. For the Zuhr, Asr and Isha prayer you pray them first prayer, then second prayer the first then second. For the Maghrib prayer you do the first prayer, then second then first and then you add the last part of the second prayer towards the end.

2 Ra’kat is for Fajr prayer ( morning, when the sun is rising), 4 Ra’kat for Zuhr prayer ( around lunch time), 4 Ra’kat for Asr prayer (early afternoon), 3 Ra’kat for Maghrib prayer (when the sun is setting), 4 Ra’Kat for Isha pray (once the sun is completely gone)

These time vary depending on the city and state or country you live in. Also you try to pray towards Makka which is for Muslims the Holy Land.

Starting Prayer

First Ra’kat:

Allah Akbar

O Allah! keep me apart from my sins (faults) as you have kept apart the east and west. O Allah clean me from my sins as a white garment is cleaned from dirt. O Allah wash me off my sins with water, snow and hail.

I seek refuge in Allah, the All -Kn0wing, the All-Hearing, from Satan the accursed, from his evil suggestions and from his puffing up and from his witchcraft. In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise and thanks are Allah’s, the Lord of the Alamin (Trustworthy). The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Only Owner of the day of Recompense. You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help. Guide us to the Straight Way. The way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your anger, nor of those who went astray.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. He is Allah, the only One, Allah the Self-Sufficient Master, He begets not, nor was He begotten. There is no one co-equal or comparable unto Him.

Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Most Great)

Glorified is my Lord, the Most Great (recite 3 times)

Allah hears those who praise him. O our Lord, and all praise if to you

Allah is the Most Great

Glorified is my Lord, The Most High (recite 3 times)

O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me and guide me and hold me and heal me and provide sustenance for me and raise me up

Allah is the Most Great

Glorified is my Lord, the Most High (recite 3 times)

Allah is the Most Great

**Ending of first Ra’kat***

Second Ra’kat (also used for the last Ra’kat)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise and thanks are Allah’s, The Lord of the Alamin (Trustworthy). The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Only Owner of the day of Recompense. You (Alone) we worship, and you (Alone) we ask for help. Guide us to the Straight Way. The way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger, nor of those who went astray. – Ameen

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Verily, We have granted you Al-Kauthar (a river in Paradise). Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice (To Him Only). For he who hates you, he will be cut off (from prosperity in this world and in the Hereafter).

Allahu Akbar

Gloried is my Lord, The Most Great (recite 3 times)

Allah hears those who praise him. O our Lord, and all praise is you.

Allah is the Most Great

Gloried is my Lord, the Most High (recite 3 times)

O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me and guide me and hold me and heal me and provide sustenance for me and raise me up.

Allah Akbar

Glorified is my Lord, the Most High (recite 3 times)

Allah Akbar

All the compliments, prayers and good things are due to Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet and Allah’s Mercy and Blessing be on you. Peace be on us and on the true pious devotees of Allah.

I testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and I testify that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger.

O Allah bestow your favor on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad as You have bestowed your favor on Ibrahim (Abraham) and on the family of Ibrahim (Abraham), You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious. O Allah bestow your favor on Muhammad and on the family of Muhammad as You have bestowed your favor on Ibrahim (Abraham) and on the family of Ibrahim (Abraham), You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell-Fire, and from the punishment of the grave, and from the trails of life and death, and from the evil of the trail of the False Messiah.

Peace be upon you and the Mercy of Allah

Peace be upon you and the Mercy of Allah.

The Few That have been Forgotten

Now I have always put on here that we should all be more human. We need to sympathize to other culture and people. If the media protrays something bad to not believe it. I know in life there are good and bad. Just because one individual or group are doing or acting in a negative matter, I push to say that not all of the people from that background are the same.

Why do I say this… Remember these opinions I posted awhile back:

1 – A society of negative events
2 – Its time to act

And other opinion’s I have posted on here when it comes to injustices and judging a group by a few bad seeds.

I was on facebook today and I happened to come across this aritcle that I really liked. It was published online by Washington Post. It talks about how  A few Muslims, decided to join or help the Allied forces in War World II. These were exceptional beings that either got captured or killed by doing what All of us should try to do more oftern. Speak up, help save lives.

This article shows me that there are Muslims out there that are following Allah (SWT), they understand his word and are living it not preaching it. These are woman and men alike, how I wish that the Media would publicize these type of stories more often. I’m not saying that we should try to eliminate all negative media but we should also have a balance. Especially when the world are targeting a religious group and for lack of better words are “crucifying” them because there are no positive views out there.

I know that my little post won’t be read by many and the chances for it to get on the reader or to be reblogged are even less. My opinion only truly matters to me, will it impact the world I doubt it. At least I know that I am doing my best to shine a light on a group and helps that group. Hopefully my whisper will eventually turn into a roar where peoples mindset will start looking at a certain group in a diffrent way.

If you would like to know about thses exceptional Muslims, that made a difference to many Jews (which supposevily Muslims and Jews hate each other), and other innocent people please clisck here. My respect goes out to these Muslims, and their families. They are the true Jihadist, they are the ones that live Allah’s (SWT) word.

To me this is an example of how not only Muslims should act but how ALL humans should act.
Until Next Time,

Rumors to Hell

A Whisper is started

Doubt is planted

hostility will come

Hearsay is common

Rumors get started

Relationships get torn apart

We are snakes

disguised in Human flesh

We are devils

Disguised as believers

Oh when will we stop this insanity

When will we unite and truly

help one another

To the hells fire we will go

Again and again

Until one day

We learn

To truly

give a helping hand

He has Come Back, God Help Me!

darken house

I can’t breath

You immobilized me

Go outside

he can’t defeat you there

My legs feel like lead

God give me strength

I have faith

Dark blue skies

Lighting striking close by

The figure shows himself

I can’t breath

I can’t move

I’ve seen him before

No please! I thought you were gone

No please! I hate you go away

He laughs and gets near

I pray and feel weak

The horns and tails

coming close and snatching

my weaken soul

“I told you I’ll come back”

“keep praying what is it doing”

” I pray myself, don’t you remember I’m the fallen Angel”

He cackles in my face

I wake up cold sweat all over

I see in the darkness

The face with the horns

laughing at me

Hes come once again

Listen, It’s not Hard

Breath in

Breath out

Slowly straighten up

A couple more

Shut your eyes

Clear your mind

Try and stay still

Just a few minutes

Hold on

Feel the pull

Feel the warmth

Floating and the feeling of peace

Ahh how wonderful

Control your breath

Clear your mind

Listen don’t strain to hard

It’s easy

God listens

And he answers

Don’t you feel him

Don’t you hear him

His always here

He is always carrying you

Have faith

Isn’t it the Same?

I form a cross

I join my hands

I bow down or

I get on bended knees

I wear a veil

I wear a dress

I wear a hijab

Do you care how I dress

We speak in different languages

We praise you in different ways

Does it matter which is the first one

you created

You created free will

You created our faith

Does it matter which religion we follow

I implore you

I beg you

I pray to you

Help your creations

Guide us to your path

Let us know that no matter what

God

Allah

Lord

Saviour

Is all one in the same

Salvation

Forgiveness

The Paradise that we all seek

Is you, in all your Glory

God, Allah, Lord our Saviour

Help your children

In this havoc and horrific

World

We call our own

Submitting Only To You (Submission)

Help me be patient
Help me be humble
I beg for your
Forgiveness

I scream for the light
I yearn for peace
I ask for happiness
I’ll remain faithful
Only to you

You’ve blessed me
You’ve given me rewards
You’ve brought me happiness

I beg of you
Show me the path
Give me your guidance

You are one
You are my life
I only submit to you

Your light
Is forever shining
In my hearts
In my soul

Help me I’m lost
I know your there
I’m just temporary blinded

But I know
As my heart knows
Your always there
